We sell only top-quality used, preowned, new, scratch-n-dent, and refurbished commercial kitchen equipment. Only If it's listed, then it has been inspected and tested by our experienced technicians and has passed all operation requirements. We do not warranty used equipment. You are welcome to come to our warehouse to see it work, or we can provide testing photos or videos upon your request.

We sell used, preowned, new, scratch-n-dent, and refurbished commercial - NSF Approved kitchen equipment. It has been inspected and tested by our experienced technicians and passed all operation requirements. We do not automatically warranty. We do offer a 30-day limited parts warranty if you can provide proof that it was installed by a Certified Electrician or Certified Refrigeration Company. The Technician must write the model and serial numbers and a detailed report of any defects or broken parts, along with their credentials on the invoice. Self-installation to save on costs will void any chance of a warranty. If the equipment is too costly to repair, we have the right to decline the warranty.

We test all equipment before it's available for purchase. and we make sure that it passes all quality control requirements and is in working condition before it leaves our warehouse. Equipment purchases comes with a 30 day limited warranty only if

If the item is damaged in freight, Do Not sign the driver's paperwork until you have taken detailed photos of the item and damages. You must make note of the damages on the driver's paperwork and have the driver sign or initial your statement. At that time the customer must make a claim with the freight company.

If you simply change your mind after you have a made a purchase no refunds will be allowed but the warranty period will still apply.

If any refunds are approved the return shipping is to be arranged by and paid by the customer. Return of funds at that point will depend on your own credit card or bank processing times.
