There is a standard oversized oven base on this restaurant range with an interior of 14" high x 26 1/4" wide x 26 3/8" deep and operating at 5.0 kW with a thermostat to adjust temperatures between 200 to 500 degrees F. The oven has 1 rack with 3 rack positions. The front, sides, and single-deck high shelf on this restaurant range are all constructed in durable stainless-steel, and it features a fully MIG-welded aluminized steel frame.
