Warranty & Refund Policy

We stock 800+ items of top-quality new, used, scratch-n-dent, and refurbished commercial - NSF Approved kitchen equipment for Restaurants, Bars/Pubs, Bakery, Deli, Convenience Store, Catering, Concession, Supermarkets, and Food Trucks. Everything we sell is inspected and tested by our experienced technicians and passed all operation requirements. We offer a 30-day limited parts warranty.

Shipping

If the item is damaged in freight, Do Not sign the driver's paperwork until you have taken detailed photos of the item and damages.


You must make note of the damages on the driver's paperwork and have the driver sign or initial your statement. At that time the customer must make a claim with the freight company.


If you simply change your mind after you have a made a purchase no refunds will be allowed but the warranty period will still apply.

If any refunds are approved the return shipping is to be arranged by and paid by the customer. Return of funds at that point will depend on your own credit card or bank processing times.


Inspection Process

All of our equipment goes through an inspection and testing process by our experienced electrical and refrigeration technicians before offering it for sale. We clean the interior and exterior surfaces only. We do not dismantle equipment to clean it. We do not clean mechanical, movable, or electrical parts. We recommend additional cleaning and sanitizing before use.
